ABOUT THE DESIGNER
Nada Shepherd is the designer behind Nada. From an early age, Nada's love of fashion was learned from her mother who taught her the basics of knitting and sewing; skills that had been handed down to her from one generation to the next. After a brief 4-year digression to obtain her B.Sc in Neuroscience from the University of Toronto, Nada re-entered the creative world by enrolling at the International Academy of Design. Immediately after graduation Nada worked for Toronto knitwear designer Ronda B for 2 years before starting her own label. Nada's debut collection was selected for the Fall/ Winter 2004 TFI New Labels Show. In the summer of 2005 Nada joined the TFI resident program to pursue developing her label full-time.

ABOUT THE CLOTHES
Nada creates head-turning women's apparel. Sensual fabrics and provocative silhouettes accentuate the female form and create chic style statements.
