Creative, caring and fuelled by a love of fashion, as a TFI Resident, you'll enjoy a nurturing and co-operative workspace while you start your business, complete your first collection or develop your exporting capabilities. Residents are encouraged to learn the ropes of starting a fashion business from TFI's industry consultants and to share ideas with other Residents. In addition to many other fabulous benefits, only TFI Resident members receive EXCLUSIVE consultation time with TFI's Executive Director Susan Langdon.

With just 10 studios available, applicants must demonstrate outstanding creativity and marketing savvy, possess a team spirit, be willing to share space, resources and participate in co-op duties, have adequate business financing in place and live in the City of Toronto.

Starting at $400/month - Private Studio with 24/7 access (perfect for any creative entrepreneur such as a jewellery designer, illustrator or publicist who does not need professional sewing machines)
Starting at $500/month - Private Studio with 24/7 access to full production and sampling facilities (perfect for companies requiring use of sewing equipment such as a fashion designer or stylist)
