About the Designer:
Lauded new label miss rowe is the much-buzzed about upshot of Toronto-based designer Ashley Rowe. Shaping Ashley’s nuanced and striking aesthetic is a background in Fashion Management, along with internships at Flare and Fashion magazines.
Like mother, like daughter rings true in Ashley’s case. Not only did her mother teach her how to sew, she also played the role of muse: a power dresser whose treasured vintage looped wool bomber inspired a fashion label unto itself.
About the clothes:
Inspired by England’s tradition of fine tailoring, Ashley Rowe’s eponymous label miss rowe goes beyond referencing Saville Row, “miss rowe interprets the historic English Dandy from a Rock and Roll point of view” explains the Toronto-based designer.
